Deborah has over 20 years of experience as a coach in leadership development and draws on a broad professional background as an attorney, business owner, and mediator. She has worked in the corporate sector as a senior level executive, as well as, in financial services and real estate. As a mediator, she has handled complex conflict resolution cases in the areas of contracts, insurance, property, finance and probate.
Currently, Deborah serves as the CEO and President of Rubin Resources Incorporated (RRI). Along with its national and global affiliates, RRI offers individual business and group executive coaching, leadership and staff trainings and research-based validated assessments. She, also, serves as the facilitator and coach for RRI’s Transformative Leadership Council, which brings together CEOS from diverse non-competing industries to learn and grow from one another in a collaborative forum.
She holds a Board Certified Coach Credential (BCC) with specialty designations in Executive/Corporate/ Business/Leadership, Career, and Personal/Life coaching, She, also, holds a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coach Federation, the largest global organization of trained professional coaches. She is an associate with TTI Success Insights, which serves over 100,000 companies worldwide providing assessments used to transform potential to productivity, performance and profits.
An experienced speaker, Deborah is a presenter with Vistage International, a global the business advisory and executive coaching organization. She is a frequent speaker on the science behind effective communication and how to use learnable related skills to increase productivity, innovation and success. She has served as a contributing content reviewer with the World Business Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) ROI Coach Program. Deborah is an Enhanced Practitioner in Judith Glaser’s Conversational Intelligence® and Lisa Ann Edward’s ROI Program, as well as, a certified coach in John Mattone’s Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching Process.
